Working with Jade through play therapy has been such a positive experience for our daughter and for us as a family.
From the very beginning, Jade created a warm, safe, and welcoming space where our daughter felt comfortable to express herself in her own way.
We’ve seen a real difference in her confidence and emotional well-being over time. Jade’s gentle, understanding approach and clear communication with us as parents made the whole process feel supportive and reassuring.
We’re truly grateful for the care and professionalism she has shown, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to other families.
My son first attended play therapy with Jade shortly after his 4th birthday. From the very first session, he formed a strong connection with her and genuinely looked forward to his weekly appointments, which continued for well over a year. Jade’s ability to communicate extends beyond my son’s experience during sessions, she is very professional, calm and balanced and at parental sessions which are mapped out periodically she routinely provides insightful and actionable feedback.
A couple of years later, following a house move and significant changes to his routine and social circle, my son's teacher began noticing some concerning changes in his outlook and emotional wellbeing. We agreed that additional support would be beneficial. At the time, my son was reluctant to talk openly about some of the difficult emotions he was experiencing, so I asked whether he might feel more comfortable speaking with Jade again. He immediately said yes, which spoke volumes about the trust and connection they had built previously.
I was delighted that Jade was able to make space in her schedule for him to return to play therapy. Since re-engaging with her, both his teacher and I have seen a significant and steady improvement in his mood and overall outlook. The safe, supportive space that Jade provides has been invaluable, and I would highly recommend her to any parent seeking a skilled, compassionate, and highly effective play therapist.
